Vintage Handmade Doll Moving Eyelids Curly Blond Hair

Everything seems to be in Title and on the pictures accept that it weighs 1lb and I think it is hand made crafted??? The head is Porcelain and the eyes open and close when upright and laying down. The detail on this doll is excellent and I wish I was better versed to be able to explain it better. She has very cute long blond curly hair and a braid with a white bow on her left side. She is holding a wooden heart with red flowers surrounding it. Her bottom half is a wooden stand with a wooden pole.
